- Double girder overhead cranes

Double Girder Bridge Cranes are most frequently used. They can be utilized at any capacity where extremely high hook lift is required because the hook can be pulled up between the girders. Double Girder Bridge Cranes are often used where high speeds and heavy service are required, or where the crane needs to be fitted with walkways, crane lights, cabs, magnet cable reels or other special equipment.

It consists of four main parts, bridge structure, traveling mechanism, trolley and electric equipment. The bridge is welded structure of box-type girder. All movements of the crane are controlled by remote control or cabin.

	LH model electric Hoist Overhead Crane has such features as tight dimensions, low building headroom, light ded weight and light wheel load. They are appplicable to the transfer, assembly, check and repair as well as load and unlaod at mechanic processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse, gods yard and power station. They can also be used instead of common double-girder overhead crane at production workshop in light textiles or food industry.
QD model double girder overhead crane is composed with Girder frame, Crane travel device, and the trolley with lifting and moving device. There are Pave the rail for the trolley move on the main girder. Assemble the moving table on the outside of the two main girder, one side is prepare for the assemble and maintenance the crane move device, another side is prepare for the assemble of the trolley conductor device.
	QZ overhead crane with grab is widely ued in loading goods in port, factory, workshop and power plant. The direction of platform door to the driver's cap is: side, end and top. The lifting capacity includes the weight of the grab.
QC model electromagnetic overhead crane mainly consists of bridge, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment and electromagnetic chuck. When used, the rotary part of the hanger of electromagnetic disk must be locked up with screws and no rotation is allowed. The crane mainly relies on the magnet, using the electromagnetic principles, then through electricity and magnetic plate to suck the goods firmly hanging to the designated place.
	QDY and YZ Foundry crane is one of the main equipments in the continuous csting technology of steelmaking. Itis mainly used for pouring melted iron from additive bay of coverter to converter; lifting molten steel from refining bay to refinng furnace or lifting molten steel from molten steel bay to ladle turret of continuous casting machine. Bridge foundry crane with hook is mainly used at the place where the molten metal is lifted.

Overhead crane beam structure: The crane girders are of welded girder construction. This result in lower dead weights with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller wheel loads being transmitted to the crane runway.   Painting: Anti-rust painting, primer and finishing paint, yellow, red or as per your requirement, general thickness: about 105 microns.

Crane Winch is a heavy duty lifting mechanism matching with Double Girder Overhead or Double girder Gantry Crane.   Basic specifications: Capacity: 5t-550t. Height: 10.5-31.5m. Duty group: A5/M5, A6/M6, A7/M7.   Application: enquipped in the double girder crane as te lifting mechanism, suitable to work in the all kinds factory, Mines, and the open air place, loading and unloading, and tansporting materials in the fix span scope.
