4.Q:How can I get some samples?
 A: 1 pcs sample for free. If you need more samples please pay the cost, but we will return the samples cost to you when you formal order. 

5.What is the delivery date of the samples?

 A:About 5 ~ 10 days. Because some kind of the heating elements need to prepare the material.

6.Q:Are your products customized?

 A:Yes,the products in the website are only the common type or the previous types from other customers,we can supply the new products according to your requirements or drawings.

7.Which items you are inspection?
1, External dimension.  2, Insulation Puncture Test (2000V 1amp).  3, Insulation resistance test (1000V). 

8.Q:If we find the elements has quality problems I mean If, how will you dispose?
 A:The frist, our factory has ISO9001:2008 quality control certificate and we has been implemented, so it is slim chance. But, if you find any elements has quality problems please tell me, then we will 100% compensation the rejects with next order!
