As PE, PP film is hard to granulating, hard feeding, easy to bridging, low production capacity, especially, our company introduced and absorbed the foreign advanced technology, and combination of using forcing feeding structure that has a crushing function, which can force feeding the materials into the screw extruder after the film is pre-plasticized, thereby the special structure is helpful for increasing productivity; through the exhausting function that make the better looking particles with good gloss. Production capacity is from 200-1000kg/h, which can be comparable with similar foreign equipment.
the granulating line is used to granulate the recycled clean PE/PP/BOPP soft materials such as films and bags materials.
Properties
1, agglomerator is cutting compactor type, feeding to barrel directly, save 30-50% power compare to the
traditional agglomerator;
2,reducer is vertical type, big torque, smaller area requirement;
3,barrel and screw are made of 38CrMoAlA, with nitriding processing
4, pellet cutter with 3blades, wate-ring cooling and cutting at the same time
5, cooling water circular use.
6, vertical centrifugal dewatering, humidity<2%,
7, speed of main motor and pelleting cutter motor are control by ABB inverter,
8, ABB inverters, SIEMENS electrical parts, OMRON temp. meter
9, belt conveyor and agglomerator are coordinated control, if more materials are in agglomerator, the belt
conveyor will stop a little while, and convey mateials again till there is less materials in agglomerator
