We provide legal counsel service on a one-year agreement which will include  the following:

1）render legal counseling for our clients's ordinary business operation; 2）draft, review and modify our client's legal contracts and documents; 3）issue legal opinions or lawyer's letter concerning relevant legal matters; 4）help with our client's incorporation or alteration registrations etc with government authorities;5）help with our client's handling of the economic or labor disputes at the pre-litigation or pre-arbitration stage; and 6）represent our client in the legal proceedings of arbitration, or litigation cases.
