This bottle filling machine has gathered washine,filling,capping,labeling/shrink label and wraping into one,it i s suitable for bottled water,juice and tea drink production.This line adopts advanced negative pressure filling principle.The filling efficiency is smart,accurate and stable. It not only can fill normal temperature drink but also high temperature drink 95 degrees centigrade. The filling valve,imput and output pipe is very easy to clean, and meanwhile it connect with the CIP cleaning system which is also used to clean the mouth of bottle in RO water before caping. All of these you can find that the molding situation is well protacted.

The capping part adopts magnetic torque type capping head, which can catch the cap and screw the cap automatically. The capping torque is  adjustable according to your different needs. The casing label and shrink label part adopts reciprocating type steel cutter which is designed specially.  In order to make it suitable for different size bottle, the operator just need to change a few parts rather than adjusting the height of machine. This bottle filling machine applies DC brushless motor drive system and PLC controlling technology.The PE film wrapping machine's patrs are imported from Germany and Japan;The cap feeding system can be controlled automatically;The bottle filling machine is also controlled automatically which with the temperature alarm system. The capacity of this machine IS from 5000-20000BPH,and  it also can be customed-made for different demands of customers.
