Through years of self researching and developing, the world’s first mirror effect film faced bamboo plywood made by full thin bamboo curtains was born in ZNSJ, which was manufactured by high temperature and high pressure with the structure of “ thin bamboo curtains+special phenolic glue” . The thickness of each thin bamboo curtain is about 1MM.( Structure of 19 layers’ film faced bamboo plywood includes 2 layers veneer+13-15 layers bamboo curtains+2 layers imported film)
The phenolic glue was researched and developed by the specialist in Central South University of Forestry and Technology, which is with higher bonding strength than other factories’ glue. ,Meanwhile the glue content in ZNSJ factory is 2~3° Baume higher than other factories, in this way the finished film faced bamboo plywood could be with high bonding strength,good waterproof function, no spaces ,no tackless and more durable.
