2. This machine is a professional machine so we don’t s est someone never use this type of printer before to buy directly.

 

3. Two ink can be used with this inkjet printer, paper oily ink (which can print materials with permeability like corrugated case and wood) and fast drying ink (which can be used on most of materials including impermeable products like plastics and metal).

 

4. Oily ink printer is not in free repair for the nozzle would not be damaged easily as long as no physical damage by human.

 

5. Attentin! If it used to impermeable materials, the time of fast drying ink to dry is base on the environment and products. Generally, it takes 10 second or so. After installing the ink to printer, please assure the machine pray printing at least once in 3 days incase of permanent stoppage. If you don’t need to use the machine for a long time, the printer refill tube need to be clean completely.

 

6. Using the printer in a correct operation and cleaning the nozzle regularly, a nozzle can work for 2 years or more.

 

7. Except nozzle, the warranty of the whole machine is 1 year.

Q: is there will be a professional to teach and install the machine after I buy it?

A: IDJ inkjet printer with 7inch color touched screen and mobile style input system, which is easy to operate. Attached the printer you will find the installation instruction and video. After reading the manual, you will know how easy it can be installed.

 

Q: Can it be handhold to print?

A: we don’t s est that. IDJ inkjet printer is designed for automatic Assembly line which needs to coordinate with conveyer belt. The inkjet printer saves more time and costs and manual effort, which achieve the best result with the least time.

 

Q: what’s the difference between code printer and inkjet printer?

A: The code printer is a stamp type of print so you need a man to operate that. For whole day long, it can just print thousands of pieces of date and number. However, the inkjet printer is automatic and it is of online edit function. It can print Korean or Japanese is up to you.  Our machine can print 25-40thousands products in 8 hours. The inkjet printer, compare to the code printer, it save more time and costs and manual effort, which achieve the best result with the least time.

 

Q: what is the minimum height of the font can be printed? And what about the width?

A: the parameters can be adjusted to 1mm high for English font and 2mm high for Chinese font. About the width, which is no limit.

 

Q: Is the nozzle easy to be jammed?

A: At present, all the nozzles can be jammed if it is lack of maintain. IDJ inkjet printer adopt England import nozzle which has 128 holes. If you don’t use the printer for a long time the fast drying ink will jam the nozzle. If this situation happens, use the sprayed cleaner that we provide to spray the nozzle 5-6times and squeeze out 3-4 drops of ink.

 

Q: How long the useful time of the nozzle? What about the other spares?

A: In the case of regularly maintain and correct operation and 8 hours work per day, a nozzle can be used for 2-3years. The other spares can work 5 years. Attention! Nozzle is not in the warranty.
