The amount of deformation of copper terminal(copper tube) can be set and saved by PLC and correspond to the specification of current setting. When the copper terminal(copper tube) is deformed at the time of welding, the welding power supply will stop discharging and maintain 1-3 S. The cylinder will be lifted to obtain more consistent welding. The deformation amount is only set by PLC and does not need to be limited by the cylinder stroke.
8, welding power controller current Preservation system:
The current storage system can save each welding current(generate EXCEL table) and provide strong data support for daily production management. The current can adjust the size adaptively and eventually reach the balance of heat energy and temperature.
