Our company produce two kinds of fire hose binding machine. One is automatic type and another one is manual type.

The electric fire-hose binding machine can bind the fire hose with iron wire on the fire coupling,like British, French, Italina,Gernany. It is a machine designed for actual combat of fire fighting.

The binding machine works with 220V power (alternating current). It uses a speed reduction gear box to reduce its speed and output with two power shafts. One power shaft transmits its power to the main shaft by the driving belt, driving the whole fire-hose banding mechanism rotate directly (fire hose don’t rotate), and another shaft drive the iron wire wheel mechanism, and roll the iron wire to the wire wheel.

In order to protect the fire hose from damaging, and to make sure the fire coupling and fire hose do not revolve when binding iron wire. This machine use the pulling force of the Pneumatic cylinder transmit through the shaft to press on the rubber, so the rubber will be out of shape, thus to lock the coupling. In this way, the fire hose don’t rotate on the binding job.

1.                The fire coupling can be locked with the out-shaping of the rubber. It easy to operates, practical and firm.

2.                The tension of the iron wire is offered by the rubbing effect of the two friction plate of the wire wheel. Adjust the length of the spring with the hand wheel as to adjust the pressure of the friction plate, so as to adjust the tension of the iron wire. The tension rate can be freely adjusted.

3.                It driven byspeed reduction gear box. Iron wire will not get loose easily on the binding job.

4.                The Fire coupling as center of the circle, iron wire bind onto the fire hose wit he binding mechanism without the rotation of the fire hose itself. Prevent it from damaging.
