Requirements for raw materials:

Size: less than 5 mm( All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.

Moisture: 10-15% is better for producing good quality wood pellet.

If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.

Raw Materials: crushed corn straw, sawdust, plant waste, bamboo powder, grass, sunflower stalk, straw, rice husk, forestry waste, wood chips, chemical waste and ect. If too big, better to be crushed and grinded  before pelletized.
