Thatching screw
Since a number of years the thatching screw has been introduced. This is a screw and attached to it is a steel wire. The thatching screw can easily be put through the layer of reed and then screwed to the rafter/batten or board. The two ends of steel wire which then protrude from the reed can be applied to fixate this layer of reed. This technology is much easier and therefore faster than the traditional roof thatching methods.
We supply many kinds of different thatching screws which all have a thread of 1 mm.
