Product Description

TPU-2018 is the combination of imported 828 or 128 epoxy resins, additives, American Gas Company curing agent and other raw materials. It has high solid content and low viscosity features, and has two components of waterborne epoxy resin material which is made more waterborne to achieve the purpose of ventilation by advanced technology. Waterborne epoxy is environmentally friendly and can meet the current environment protection requirement. Because it has a low content of organic solvents and volatile organic compounds, it won’t cause air pollution.

Product Performance  

Excellent features of TPU – 2018 is seamless, dustproof, easy cleaning, easy and fast for construction, no bad smell and environmentally friendly. It is matt top coating, and the color for the material is optional.

Product Function  

As a flat coating of TPU series of epoxy resin flat coating, it’s used on the wet concrete floor. It is environmentally friendly.

Construction Specification

Mixture：Put component A and B into the mixing barrel in certain proportion and stir well evenly

Construction method: Applying by Roll coating or scrape coating

Reference Dosage: 0.15-0.3kg/㎡

Construction condition:Please don’t construct when the temperature is below 10 degree centigrade or there is water on the base

Sealed storage: Store at cool and ventilate, moisture-proof, and sun-preventing environment
