SFB1545 specification

1.Introduction:

SH1545 is oily acrylic resin, rubber protective film system. Adding bridging agent after appropriate construction of, and the products manufactured according to the bridging agent adding proportion has appropriate viscosity (tack), good adhesion force (was) and retention (COHESION) and other characteristics.

2.Properties:

Appearance: colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid

Main ingredients: copolymerization of acrylic resin

Solid type: 40 + 1%

Solvent: toluene, ethyl acetate

Viscosity: 3500 ~ 10000 CPS

(BROOKFIELD VISCOMETER, RVF #3/10, rpm/30 C)

Storage: 6 months; please placed in ventilated place, away from the fire source shall be used as soon as possible after Kaifeng, please.

3.Application :

(1) the construction conditions (for example: PVC substrate Film):

Adding bridging agent (diluted 5:100) 5% ;SFB1545  coating on PVC Film, with 80 c * 3 min - bridge.

Coating weight: dry resin thickness 10-15μ.

(2) PVC Film (50 ℃ after the construction of aged x 3 days):

Adhesion: ~ 0.3 Kg/in (JIS Z 0237)

Retention: over 1440 min/in2 (JIS Z 0237; 40 C, 1 in * 1 in, load 1Kg)
