Brief Introduction
ZM-CAM30-HL Series are dome indoor cameras which have the larger size and smaller size for different application. And it is very useful for the indoors application. Now they are widely use in the GPS Tracking system.
1. Serial UART Interface
QQZM ZM-CAM30-HL Camera supports RS232/RS485/TTL Serial port. For RS232/TTL, only 1 camera is connected for communication through 1 cable. For RS485, several cameras can be connected in series. And host can communicate with them with 1 cable via specific camera ID No. All of QQZM cameras have default ID NO. “0” if using QQZM’s ZMID protocol.
2. Serial Communication Protocol
ZMID Protocol (QQZM Communication Protocol) is the default protocol of QQZM serial jpeg cameras. It is convenient to apply different cameras(Indoors/outdoors) into different applications. OV528 protocol and VC0706 protocol are available for most of QQZM Camera. If you have your own protocol, you can also send to us for customization.
3. Picture Quality
- Picture Format: The camera supports JPEG picture format;
- Picture Quality Level: Cameras supports 4 picture quality levels.
4. Power Supply
This 0.3MP Camera supports voltage ranges from 3.3V to 5V and 9V-36V;
5. Day-Night Mode
The camera supports 2 modes for your application: Daytime only & day/night mode.

7. Cable Length
- Application Requirement: The cable length bases on application requirement.
- For TTL, the length is better no longer than 1 meter.
- For RS232, it will no more than 15 meters.
- For RS485, it can be over 20 meters.
8. Connector and PIN Description
The standard camera connector is DB9 Female. If using other kinds of connector, please kindly tell us before place the order. The Standard PIN Description is like below:
