EVA hot melt adhesive sticker is a kind of solid sticker which made of EVA and  tackifier. It have characteristic of quick-bind,high intensity,aging resistance,nonhazardous,steady, and widely apply to stick wood, plastic,fiber,fabric, metal, furniture,lamps, leathers, tools, electrical parts, papers, ....etc.

The sticker length size between 200mm-300mm.  Diameter : 11.2mm.

 Color have : yellow, white,  transparent,half- transparent.

Product Line Combination:

1. Extrude method:Material-->1# hot melt mainframe (hot step1)---->2# hot melt mainframe (hot step2,make sure all material well-melted and enough mixed )----->1# sticker extruder(cool step1)------>2# sticker extruder(cool step2)--->Mould---> cooling basin(with ice machine)---->drawing--- cutting .

2.mix method: Material--->Reactor( melt and mix)--->single screw extruder---->Mould---> cooling basin(with ice machine)---->drawing--- cutting .
