PC Corrugated sheet:

PC corrugated sheet is made from polycarbonate (PC) material, general type: 760mm, 820mm, 840mm, 900mm, 950mm, commonly using and matching with color-coated steel are generally 840mm and 900mm, PC corrugated sheet has excellent mechanical stability; anti-yellowing, aging, and the test proved that 99.9% of UV rays can effe-ctively absorbed and insulated. It can maintain the stability of the physical indicators in the range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃. 4000 hours of artificial weathering test , yellowing is 2, but transmittance reducin is only 0.6%. Linear expansioncoefficient: 7 × 10-5cm / cm / ℃, it's smaller in plastic material. According to National standard GB50222-95, PC Solid sheet is rated Class B1, self-ignition point is 580 ℃, it will self-extinguishing apart from fire, and does not produce poisonous gases when burned, and not contribute to the fire spread,etc.
PC Corrugated sheet surface coat a UV layer protection, blocking the penetration of ultraviolet rays, ensure that the sheet will not be significant yellowing during guarantee period, so as to ensure the sense of beauty of light transmittance.

Notice:
1. No touch to wet cement surface nor substance surface of acid and alkaline.
2. No use of  organic solvents or glue composed from it, nor painting.
3. Keep frame clean and inserting groove furface flat. Use soft cloth or sponge with neutral cleaner wipe, then wash thoroughly with water.
4. Select the correct sheet thickness, allow radius of curvature.
5. Be pre-drilled before fix screw, the hole size is 1.5 times than that of screw diameter. Too tight screw will cause stress.
6. Reserve space and pay attention to insert depth. Expansion of value = coefficient of linear expansion × length × maximum temperature change (linear expansion coefficient of PC sheet: 7 × 10-5mm / mm / ℃).
7. Use neutral silicone sealants and suitable gasket material, plastic and suitable liner material, the material can not be used as PVC, PVC material is forbidden. 
8. Use power tools (Tungsten carbide saw blade) when cutting, fix the sheet well to avoid vibration.
