Polycrystal ceramic tube (PCA tube) for Ceramic Metal Halide Lamp (CMH lamp)

Based on the study of the theory of the latest technology, we got a certain understanding about the complex process of plasma discharge when CMH working, then simulated modeling experiment through computer, balanced the relationship between forming and lifetime. We calculated and designed PCA diameter, electrode tube length, R radian and thickness, and fully considered discharge inside volume, internal surface area and wall load, finalized the dimensions of our PCA. Good design will be enable the lamp to keep many advantages such as excellent color rendering, high color stability and light color consistency, high light efficiency and long life.
