Dehydrated mushroom,

General description; the mushroom are green, healthy, and free from foreign substance, they are prepared, processed, packed hygienically, and under high standard quality control.

Process of manufacture:

1) mushroom are clearly washed before and metal detected before packed.

2) mushroom are 1-4cm, stem <= 2, or as buyer's request, or the buyer requests, 

3) mushroom are individually quick frozen, later the core temperate of each one reaches minus:180C.

4) mushroom are packed in food grade polylined carton then stored at minus 180C, or less till dispatch to end users.

Packing: 

1) packing: size, 1*30 bs per carton, 1*10kg per carton, or as buyer's request,

2) labeling: product description: country of origin, weight, product date, best before date: (or as client's request)

parameters of approvel:

size dia 1-4cm, stem <=2, or as the buyer's request,

color: light grey,

Taste and flavor: typical of baby oyster mushroom, without any off-taste.
