 Machine Feature 

1.Cast iron machine bed, by vibration aging treatment, ensuring the machine not easy to deformation.
2.Imported ball screw transmission for X Y Z-axis, good stability, high precision and long life time.  Taiwan TBI optional.

3.XYZ linear round guide rail, high precision and stable speed.
4.Stainless steel water slot cooling system, cooling for the tools and materials, necessary for the metal/stone/glass processing.
If you do not need to work on matel stainless steel water slot is not need.
5.Mach3 control system, suitable for desktop computer and laptop computer ,with USB port . Mainly used in the small cnc router machine .

Optional :NcStudio control system, suitable for desktop computer with PCI slot. Wireless handwheel for remoting control the machine. 

DSP Offline control ,can control the machine without computer , you just need to save the design files into U-flash and then insert the U-flash into the DSP handle , then can recognize the files and achieve the working control .

6.3.2Kw water cooling spindle, cooling mode is water pump, we will add you one water pump for free.
optional:1.5 KW or 2.2KW bigger power spindle, more powerful, no breaking tool, no sticking tool.
7. Breakpoints, power off memory way, ensuring the memory function, can continue processing if cutters break or next day working.
8.Can realize the multi-layered 3D processing, fast speed, smooth three-dimensional processing, engraving and cutting.
9.Emergency stop button, ensuring the operation safe.
10.Good software compatibility, suitable for Type3, Artcam, Castmate, Ucanam, JDpaint, such CAD/CAM design software.
