SMD/DIP die bolder, SMD/DIP wire Bolder, Auto Machine of Pouring Glue for SMD/DIP led,Color Separation Machine and Spectrum LED oven,Wave solder, Reflow soldering, Spectrum electronic and color tester, temperature and humidity programmable tester,  luminance meter etc. are equipped for our LED Product production.
