Description                                

Pipeline hot air dryer uses the hot airflow to dry raw material through long pipeline. So we called it pipeline airflow dryer. It is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on with moisture 20-70%. The raw materials with less than 50% moisture can be only dried one time. It reduces the moisture to 8-12%.

WorkingPrinciple                                 

This type of dryer adopts twice circulate heating system and shows the features of automatic feeding, complete mix of air and materials, big drying strength, lower dust, bigger drying capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. The fuel burner generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) , thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. It adopts twice circulate heating system.
