Forage harvester
Self-propelled forage harvester (also known as a silage harvester) is a farm implement that harvests forage plants to make silage. Silage is grass, corn or other plant that has been chopped into small pieces, and compacted together in a storage silo, silage bunker, or in silage bags. The silage is then fermented to provide feed for livestock.
There is a tractor or truck running along with the forage harvester.
Main Features
I. Imported Operating System with Original Packing
● Double-disc header for harvesting without row alignment;
● Cutting head is in a two-sided split-flow mechanism, which can effectively prevent blocking.
● Electric control positive/reverse device for grass feeding system, which can easily solve the problem of blocking by one-touch operation;
● Idle speed sharpening of the knives, which is convenient and quick;
● Kernel processor makes the rate of knob breaking and seed crushing reach over 90%;
● Secondary throwing device to ensure higher throwing height and farther throwing distance;
●Comprehensively adoption of centralized oil supply to ensure convenient and quick maintenance;
II. Running System
● Four-wheel drive for higher regional adaptability;
● German hydrostatic drive device effectively separate the operation system from the running system, and continuously variable speed in the running process has no impart on the power distribution of the operating system.
● Independent control over air-cooling through hydraulic motor, namely the fan can be stopped in the cold starting process to increase the rising velocity of water temperature in winter, while the positive/reverse device should be mounted on the fan; one-touch operation, 5-second switching, and quick removal of sundries outside the water tank;
● All-in-one combined handle to ensure that the running speed and the adjustment of reversing, header ascending/descending, throwing barrel rotation and grass discharging distance can be controlled only by a single hand, which brings convenience to drive;
● Wide-view reversing image system, which greatly improves the safety;
● Imaging function of the discharging spout to ensure that the operators can intuitively operate the throwing direction and distance in the cab.
