Linear motor

Linear motor is a special type of brushless synchronous servo motor. It is similar to the torque motor, but it is open and smooth. Through the coil winding (primary) with permanent magnet (secondary section), the electromagnetic interaction between electric energy efficiently converted into mechanical energy of linear motion. Because of the linear motor in low speed can also produce large thrust even is resting, so its specification is not based on power but mainly based on thrust, it is different from the traditional drive system. Movement of linear servo motor directly connected machine load, the space is little, the machine structure is simple, no reverse clearance, there is no possible failure of components, such as ball screw, couplings, belt or other mechanical parts.
