I.Brief introduction

ERW660high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube forming machine is designed to produce welded pipes of 325mm-660mm in OD and 6.0mm-20.0mm in wall thickness.

The plain technical flow of the production line

Uncoiling→ Shear & butt welding→ Accumulator→ Forming → HF welding→ Removing outsaide burr → Cooling(air & water)→ Sizing→ Cutting off(flying saw)→ inspection → Packing → Warehousing
