EMP use Zinc Allum steel sheet will give protection layers against corrosion. Zinc Allum sheet is a hot dip galvanized sheet. 

• Strong Corrosion Resistance

Zinc Allum sheet is tested for corrosion resistance from University of Moratuwa-Sri Lanka. Above test is done to check the compliance to the IEC 61537 salt water test. EMP sample successfully gone through the test and withstand against salt water. The test report is attached for your reference.

• Customize Production

All the EMP cable management is done in locally and factory is located at Panagoda Sri Lanka. So customize production is possible for all straight lengths, Bends, TEE junctions etc. 

• Fast Production Rate

EMP maintains large stocks of sheet to serve customers. Also state of Art CNC machines will give accelerated production rate as required.  EMP fabrication factory staff are capable of supplying cable management system without any delay. So EMP capable of giving past production as required by site.

• IEC Compliance to Load Test

EMP Cable Management is tested for load test as required by IEC standard. This test is also done by University of Moratuwa. The standard is  IEC61537
