Rubber Deflasher utilizes pressure air and centrifugal force to remove molded rubber flashes.  No nitrogen, no blast-media, Rubber Deflasher removes rubber flashes and creates a lot of rubber parts just within minutes.  Full size of molded rubber sheets can be fed in machine directly and continuously.  Separated rubber parts and flashes will be fallen in separator to remove flash-chip.  Worker can easy pick off flash-frame from the separator to obtain deflashed rubber parts.

Various molded rubbers, including silicone rubber, can be deflashed in this machine.    No mold or cutter should be changed when shift rubber types, parts and sizes.  The standard machine can receive molded rubber parts on sizes between 3 mm and 150 mm.

Small lubricant is s ested to advance deflashing for beautiful and luster products.  An automatic sprayer is equipped to spray lubricant frequently during operation.  Silicone oil emulsion or water diluted detergent is commonly to apply.
