Both the steel table-frame and gantry are manufactured to the highest standard, ensuring outstanding rigidity. All 3 axes are powered by fast, reliable, and quiet Yaskawa AC Servo motors which provide plenty of torque and power. |
The X and Y axes run on linear bearings and rails to ensure smooth and accurate travel. These bearings are factory-sealed and provide maintenance-free reliability. |
Cutting is performed by a 9kw HSD Auto Tool Change spindle. Coupled with CNC’s 6-8 tool static rack it makes multiple-tool jobs a breeze. |
Materials are held down with a powerful air-cooled vacuum pump and dust is efficiently removed with the CNC dust extraction system. All these components are driven by the industry renowned Syntec CNC controller. |

3. How does it work? |
Under CNC Machining, machine tools function through numerical control. A computer program is customized for an object and the machines are programmed with CNC machining language (called G-code) that essentially controls all features like feed rate, coordination, location and speeds. With CNC machining, the computer can control exact positioning and velocity. |
