Working principle :

The laminator consists of two separate chambers , which can be evacuated separately .

The chambers are separated by a flexible diaphragm . After  vacuum-degassing the module stack is laminated ( by venting the upper chamber ) with adjustable pressure . 

The heating unit , mounted in the lower part of the chamber , performs the necessary temperature and pressure treatment of the modules during the laminating process . 

All process parameters , temperature ,vacuum and duration , are defined , displayed and automatically controlled by an integrated PLC ..
