Kabkab Date is a wet date which has a semi-dried texture. Also, it is long in size and its color varies from light brown to dark brown.It is a high-grade date that mostly grows in tropical cities of Iran like Khozestan, and Bushehr.Kabkab date belongs to the premium variety of date which makes it very scrumptious and delicious. It’s moist and full of syrup. Recently, amongst all Iranian dates Kabkab date is one of the most important export of Iran.Kabkab date can be stored in a room temperature for almost 1 year under interim fumigation without using any fridge.
