X flat ties are commonly used for residential foundations when the 1” staandard breakback is not required. The end of the tie extends beyond the back of the form for quick inspection of tie location.

Wall ties are manufactured to meet the requirements of today;s various pouring methods.They are made of cold rolled steel.We continully prefer quality control testing to ensure that all of our ties yield a minimun pull strength.

For use with "Modular" (i.e. Symons) type forming systems.
All flat ties are 3000# test.
We stock 8", 9", 10", &12" ties in 100 piece boxes.
Sizes up to 48" are stocked in 100 piece bundles.
Wedge bolts are available in 500 piece boxes.
