   HS-DPR series fusion controller is the professional and hi-tech image processing device which is designed for seamless big screen projection. Two functions are built-in. The first one is that many images are joining together in processing and fusion controlling. Secondly, it makes seamless projection display much more simple. This series fusion controller also come with single pixel geometric correction, auto color balance, fusion sideband processing function, fusion jointing together with flat, cylinder and sphere surface. At the same time, it supports jointing together function. It can expand the space of seamless projection display, enrich the display content, improve the rate.
   It bases on the definition of high performance system structure, makes update more faster, displays with more flexibility, reliability and safety. Full hardware design, put in video capture and perfect set of optimized, real-time high-resolution digital image processing, 2D advanced digital filter and so on, with powerful processing capabilities, the perfect realization of the image display system in the non-seam stitching, segmentation, integration, roaming, overlay and other functions, can ensure real-time display at all under any conditions the input signal, without losing any frames.
    About Signal compatibility, this series fusion controller supports multiple video input mode, including composite video (DVD or camera signal), computer video (computer signal VGA or DVI) and so on. All input signal source has automatic detection and identification, can automatically determine the format of the input signal. support most of the common display resolution, 1080P high definition digital video and 1920 * 1200 single standard input highest resolution , and also support non-standard 3840 * 1080P with any custom within the resolution of the input; output adjustable 1920 × 1200; remote computer network mode projection display.
 In the control flexibility, the series has a variety of control ways, including wireless touch screen, built-in 7-inch touch screen, infrared remote control, RS232 serial port and ethernet remote control.

Pure hardware structure
   It is not a computer but a professional image processing device without operating system support, can work on power, less than 5 seconds start time can with continuous and trouble-free free(24 × 7 × 365).

 

Input signal and parallel processing
   Based on self definition, high performance structure, the use of advanced high-speed digital signal parallel processing multi-line system, the input signals of each input is assigned a single process model and the data line, all the modules work in parallel processing system for each channel speed is fixed, the number of processing speed has nothing to do with the channel, it can handle multiple real-time VIDEO, VGA or DVI signal, can ensure input signal real-time display all under any conditions , without losing any frames.

 

Windows open, the screen overlay and roaming
   Multiple high-resolution display devices can be displayed on multiple real-time signal windows, each window can be independently positioned, scaled to any size, with computer graphics superimposed or overlapped with other windows. moreover, you can position anywhere on the screen for zooming and positioning, display without any restrictions, including split screen, picture in picture, and overlapping windows.

 

Flexible control ways
   Support infrared, built-in 7-inch touch screen, RS232, wireless color touch screen control and TCP / IP control. Windows control software provides comprehensive real-time control functions, all parameters can be set by software, especially, the customers can choice any of a wireless color touch screen, no need to increase the control console via a wireless color touch screen integration of the Fusion controller with controlling and related functions using.

 

Self-contained fusion edge and processing
   Provided overlapping of output to support the continuous on the screen edge blending.fusion edge function shows optical patchwork ablation to make sure good brightness effect.Built-in a variety of gamma gradient mode, and also supports self-defined mode. Provide the 12 integration of the curve with  generating mode, to ensure composite image brightness in any case are very good fusion effect.

 

Auto color balance
   Auto color balance to eliminate projection device's difference between the color and brightness to ensure color uniformity and brightness consistency of the big screen.

Single pixel geometric correction
   Revised the geometry shape of the projected image to ensure the fusion controller can adapt to a variety of screen configurations, such as the planar conformation, cylinder configuration, the spherical configuration and so on, also ensure the projected image without geometric distortion.

 

Video in and VGA out processing

Focus amplification function
