Incorporated in 2008, and located in the Economic and Technical Development Zone of Leling City, Shandong Transce Agricultural Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is an agricultural machinery research, development and production enterprise engaging in the research, development, production and sales of potato industry machinery with its registered brand of agricultural equipment of “Transce”.

The Company built 6 professional laboratories, such as mechanical, physical and electronic laboratories, with a design and R&D department, production department, quality department, financial department, sales center, test center, and after-sales service center set up. The Company was equipped with over 130 sets of advanced and precise production and test equipment, advanced CAD work stations, scientific research and test facilities, intelligent test systems, world-leading machinery manufacturing expert and three-dimension design software introduced in, and electronic design automation EDA with various products tested on the basis. In the meantime, the Company also constructed a domestically leading agricultural machinery production line, and was equipped with scientific research, production and after-sales service, providing strong technical supports and reliable quality guarantees for the research and manufacturing, production and service of the Company.

As the sprayer equipped with a spray beam or suspender (vertical spray beam), the spraying insecticide sprayer is driven by a tractor.  It features a convenient movement, wide spraying, even spraying and high efficiency, and acts as an ideal field crop equipment for plant protection, playing a huge function of vast agricultural regions in China. It is applicable to the field spraying of large scale of short crops. The spraying insecticide sprayer is equipped with a spray beam hydraulic-pressure automatic rising-lowering and folding system, spray beam balancing system, spray beam protection device, accurate dosage device, tank and medicine bottle cleaning device, Venturi-type mixing system, spraying pressure stabilizing system, subdivision control system, multistage filtering system and anti-drip device. Currently, the Company has developed a series of potato planting machineries, such as ploughing and soil preparation machine, potato planter, intertillage and ridging fertilizer drill, spraying insecticide sprayer, seedling cutting machine and harvester, including 6 series (over 30 items) of products. 8 items of products and 10 models of potato machineries passed the verification in the provincial agricultural machinery promotion respectively.
