This coating flux is a special flux used for manufacturing AWS E6013, JIS D4313.The electrode coated with this specail flux provides excellent welding performances and mechanical properties.
Adding some waterglass in mixed material and wet mixing for a few minutes,so wet mixed material can be used for electrode production.

Pouring mixed material in bag into mixter and dry mixing for a few minutes,then adding some waterglass in mixed material and wet mixing for a few minutes,So wet mixed material can be used for electrode production.
