CNC Automatic Punching Line is widely used for metal caps, ends and various valves production, including oval and other irregular can parts. Along with application practice and technological advance, now the CNC Automatic Punching Line, provide full AutoMatic working experience and high speed production.

 

Machine Line Introduction

Machine line could use most of the metal package materials in sheet shape, including Tinplate(ETP), TFS(ECCS, Tin free steel), Cold rolled materials, Aluminum material and others, besides it, above material with printing, varnishing or laminating is also accepted.

 

The whole machine line is composed of the following working equipment, through integrated control into Collaboration Run:

1. CNC Controlling System

The matching speed of whole machine, from material feeding, to automatic feeder, punch press and forming punch, is controlled by this system, including multistage punch during forming punch. And match speed is very important for the high speed production line. Through this system, workers could adjust speed by screem touch, with full English vision.

1. Automatic Feeding Machine

Material sheets will be moved to correct area by automatic feeding machine, before the punch press, all the operation is done by mechanical hand. And each transfer is controlled according punch process speed, by the CNC controlling system.

1. Automatic Feeder

Through mechanical hand, the scroll sheet will be moving after each punch process, by the precise parameter control. Based the different material or design, the workers could adjust it.

1. Punch Press

The punch press will choose the best punch brand in China, Yangli Brand, to ensure work stability and service life. The first punch is to cut material down, with a jumior forming, then jumior products will be transferred to second punch process, by the conveyor.

1. Forming Punch

Whole machine line will need 1 or 2 forming punch, it depends on the final product request. And we choose YANGLI brand, with multistage punch die, each forming punch process 2 or 4 times drawing, to finish final products. The processing includes edge cut, stamping, curling and others.

1. Conveyor and other Accessories

Semi-finished products and final products, the transfer is done through coveyor, it will exist in different part of machine line, with

Operating Principle

1. The sheet material should be put on the material stable, through the vacuum chuck moving up and down, sheet material will be moved to feeding table.
2. When the sheet arrived on the feeding table, manipulator will hold sheet materials, with moving left and right, feed the sheet material to correct position for every punch, according to pre-set design; after punching, the semi-finished product will be blown to the conveyor for next process. After finishing one sheet material punching, the manipulator will move back to take another new sheet material.
3. Through the transfer by conveyor and store area, the semi-finished product will be moved to forming punch machine, by different product shape, forming punch process will need 3 to 6 multistage punch, to finish the final product; with the transfer of manipulator, semi-finished product will be moved to next multistage punch one by one. The final finished products will be finished and tranferred by the conveyor, to the store box or glue injecting process.
