Intended Use

Hightop  High Accuracy Malaria Rapid Test Kit  assists in the diagnosis of malaria by detecting evidence of malria parasites in human blood. It is used for detecting specific antigens produced by malaria parasites that are present in the body of infected or recently infected individuals.

 

Test Procedurer:

 

Please read the instructions carefully before detection, do not open the Test Cassette foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test.

1. Open the foil bag, take out the cassette and put on the table.

2. Drop 5μl of whole blood to the hole for specimens entering, then add 3 full drops of buffer

 (approximately 120μL). 

3. Read the result within 15 minutes. Read result after 20minutes may give erroneous results.

 

Test Result:

 

Positive: Two red band appears in the test area (T), another in the control area(C).

Negative: Only control line (C) a red band appears in the detection zone (T) without the red band appears.

Invalid: Quality control area (C) does not appear red band, indicating that the operator error or reagent failure.
