HY-625 Condensation Silicone Rubber for Bronze Casting is generally named two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature, Part A is a flowable liquid, Part B is the curing agent (tin catalyst).

HY-625 Condensation Silicone Rubber for Bronze Casting is of white color, very suitable for pouring method for large sized products.

HY-625 Condensation Silicone Rubber is widely used to make molds for:

4. Advantages of HY-625 Condensation Silicone Rubber for Bronze Casting

5.Instructions of HY-625 Condensation Silicone Rubber for Bronze Casting

The mixing ratio & operation time

1). If you add curing agent 1%, the silicone material can be operated within 2.5 hours and the

mold can be demoulded after 6‐8 hours.

2). If you curing agent 2%, the silicone material can be operated within 50 minutes to 1 hour and

the mold can be demoulded after 2‐3 hours.

3). If you add curing agent 3%, the silicone material can be operated within 28 ‐ 30 minutes and

the mold can be demoulded after 1.5‐2 hours.

4). If you add curing agent 4%, the silicone material can be operated within 10 ‐ 15 minutes and

the mold can be demoulded after 1 ‐1.5 hours.

 

Product size & hardness

If the product is of small size with detailed patterns, the soft silicones 10 shore A to 20 shore A are recommended;

If the product is of very large size, the hard silicones 30 shore A to 40 shore A are recommended;

If the product is of large size with detailed patterns, the moderate silicone 30 shore A is recommended;

 

6. Package for HY-625 Condensation Silicone Rubber for Bronze Casting

Mold Making Silicon Base is available in 5kg, 25kg and 200kg containers.

Curing Agent is available in 0.25kg, 1kg, 5kg and 25kg containers.

 

7. Shelf life of HY-625 Condensation Silicone Rubber for Bronze Casting

1). Twelve (12) months when stored at 25℃ in tightly closed original packages.

2). This kind of product is non-dangerous product, which could be transported as general chemicals.
