This kind of device is adopted to remote areas, no-electricity areas, islands, telecommunication base stations and street lights. The device is consisted of PV array, solar energy charging and discharging controller, storage battery, off-grid inverter, direct-current load and alternating current load. When there is light, PV array could convert sunlight to electricity and charge storage battery and load through solar energy discharging controller. In the dark, through solar energy discharging controller, storage batter has to charge direct-current load and separate inverter unit so as to produce alternating current charging alternating current load by separate inverter unit.

 Solar cell module is an important part in solar power system, which is also the most valuable part. Its function is to transfer radiant energy of sunlight into direct-current electric energy. 
2. solar energy charging and discharging controller 
Also known as photo-voltaic controller, which is to adjust and control electric power produced by solar cell module, and charge storage battery at most. It could protect over-charging and over-discharging. When the temperature varies greatly between day and night, PV controller is functioned as temperature compensation. 
3. storage batter 
It is used as storing electric power so as to make sure electricity utilization in nights and rainy days. 
4. off-grid inverter  
It is the core of off-grid power generation system. It is responded to transfer direct current into alternating current for alternating current load. In order to increase the whole performance of PV power generation system and maintain it's long-term operation, it is crucial for the performance of inverter.
