1. Mechanized mixing make it more even that the evenness can reach more than 95%. The original artificial degree of mixing was only 40%. The mechanized mixing ensure the shotcreting materials quality, and the using of the mixing device can significantly improve the spraying plane intensity.
2. It is high efficiency of mechanization mixing. It will take about 15 mins to mix a standard MGC1.7 mine car shotcreting materials. The original artificial mixing time is 30 mins, which can save 15 mins per vehicle.
3. Reduce the number of the workers, the operation of the mixing device needs only one person. The operation of the original artificial mixing need about 2 to 3 persons. So only the mixing part can reduce 2 persons.
