Features:
This model uses A + B 2 layers co-extrusion process, with the current domestic and international leading technology, satisfying the different requirements of the users according to the different needs from various customers, comparing to the the common conventional mechinery, it has improved the operational problems and difficult maintenance problems, with the superior performance like discharging more uniform, rewinding more smooth, simpler operation and lower loss,etc.
 
Equipped with the parts of conventional features:
Length counting device: for counting coil material, film length technical accuracy.
Slitting device: for unilateral and bilateral neat film rewinding.
Cooling drainage: cooling the screw bottom, to prevent the screw temperature returned.
 
With optional devices:
1. Layered spiral mandrel: 360 degree continuous rotation die head, discharging more uniform products higher quality.
2.  Hydraulic quick screen changer device: structure reasonable, safe and convenient, stable and reliable;
3. Flattening roll: to prevent rolling fight wrinkles, ensuring rewinding and beautiful;
4. Side-closing device: conducive to recycling cutting scrap on rolls.
