1. The winding torque has a wide range of adjustment, after adjusting stably, constant reel shaft is output through torque;

2. Good synchronization performance. Since the output torque unit (worm gear mechanism, hydraulic coupling) is immersed in oil, it has good slip properties, ensuring the synchronization of the take-up speed and the speed of mobile devices.

3. The worm has a good self-locking function, which can ensure that the cable will not fall by gravity from the reel when the motor is off.

Working theory of cable reel:

Electric power works, driving the worm gear to rotating, the gear is installed on the roller of the reel and can freely rotate. Two friction disks are mounted on both sides of the reel, keyed by the reel shaft,and transferring torque through the reel and oil slick produced when rotating.

The torque of motor is transmitted to the reel shaft through the hydraulic coupling held together with a worm gear system. Hydraulic coupling is composed by the friction disk, compression springs, spring retainer plate and torque adjustment nut. The output torque allows it to reach zero and the maximum torque by adjusting hydraulic clutch spring compression.

1. Reel cable

The motor works, driving the worm, and the worm gear mechanism, meanwhile the hydraulic coupling produces friction,driving reels, and reeling the cable synchronously.

2. Release cable
There are two cases: (1) Coil in through the end: When releasing cable, mobile devices run, and the cable releases cable by pulling the reel rotate reversely, meanwhile the motor stops working, and the worm gear is self-locked.Through dragging the cable to overcome friction torque hydraulic coupling, the worm generates slip and friction between the plates and the cable reel release cable. (2)coil in through the middle: When releasing cable, mobile devices run, and the cable releases cable by pulling the reel rotate reversely, meanwhile the motor starts working. Through dragging the cable to overcome friction torque hydraulic coupling, the worm generates slip and friction between the plates. Hydraulic coupling accelerates skidding, and the cable reel release cable.

3 shutdown Due to being of self-locking , worm can not turn the opposite direction, which ensure that when motor is off, hydraulic coupling has enough friction torque to protect the cable from falling by gravity from the reel.
