Multiple protections
Over-voltage protection: When output overvoltage occurs, the module stop output, the relative module fault indication light is on, the faulty module quits work automatically and doesn’t affect the normal operation of the entire system.
Over-current protection:The output current cannot increase infinitely. The maximum output is limited to the 105% rated output current. Once the load output exceeds the threshold, the charger revise down the output voltage automatically.
Output short-circuit protection: use retraction Prolapse limit and the output characteristics are as follows 1.1. Once output short circuit, the module draws the output voltage to 0 immediately, and limits the short circuit current under 15% current limiting to protect the module. The module will not be damaged under short circuit state, and resume work automatically after deb ing.
parallel protection:There is parallel protection circuit in each module to ensure the fault module quits work automatically and other modules will not be influenced.
Output over-current protection: Over-temperature protection is mainly for protecting large power converters. The power devices will be turn off once the through current exceed the limit the devices can withstand.
Under-voltage protection:Automatically gives an alarm if low output voltage.
Over-temperature protection:Over-temperature protection is mainly for protecting large power components. In normal operating circumstance, the module is working under a designed range. In particular case, when the module detects that the temperature of the radiator is over the limit, it will shut down automatically to protect itself and resume work after the temperature comes lower.
