External inspection

1. All plastic parts shall be bright and free of defects

such as impurity, sharp edge, flow mark, shrinkage, missing, flash, scratch and whitening etc.

1. The unit colors must be consistent or per the sample or customer’s requirement. 

（in 0.5m natural ray）

1. The heating plate shall be high grind-finished and free of scratch and rust etc.
2. Mating surface shall maintain consistency of fit along adjoining surfaces and free of looseness,deformation. 
3. The length of gap shall be less than 0.8mm
4. Warpage shall be less than 1.0mm
5. Displacement shall be less than 0.7mm
6. All printings shall be clear, legible, complete, secure and in place.

  

 

 

Good Service from LeiFAN:

 

Sample policy: free samples can be available within 5-7 days, but freight COLLECT

Payment term: TT 30% deposit, balance against BL copy or LC at sight.

Delivery date: within 25days after received deposit and confirmed all the artworks.

Loading: FCL or LCL are accepted, but LCL will add some cost as actual.

Loading port: port in SHUNDE

Discount: we offer discount for big quantity

 

 Warranty Policy:

LEIFAN appliances come with a 12 month warranty.
LEIFAN will repair or replace the unit for free provided.

It is under the warranty period appliance has not been misused, neglected and damaged.
It has not been modified or opened by anyone other than an authorised service center.
It is not second-hand no unauthorized materials/parts are used on the appliance.
The warranty does not extend to faults arising due from incorrect installment.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
Original invoice or warranty card with stamp must be presented.

A:Leifan controller is accepted by some European counties without any patent issue,for instance,Germany,Belgium and Italy.
