MESIDEN Cement-Based Ceramic Tile Adhesive

Ceramic tiles grout/adhesive/glue is  polymer-modified cement-based ceramic tile adhesive with stronger cohesive force. It is a new material in modern decoration to replace traditional cement mortar. It have three types of  grout depending on their different cohesive force.

1.Strong Type:

Suitable for all sizes of floor tiles (including porcelain tile) and small sizes of wall tiles.

2. Flexible Type:

Suitable for all size of floor tiles (including porcelain tile), and small &medium sizes of wall tiles.

3. High Strength Type:

Suitable for all sizes of floor tiles (including porcelain tile), and large sizes of wall tiles, such as porcelain tiles, marble and natural stone tiles.

 Dosage

1.  Small tiles( 100x100mm, 200x200mm, 300x300m):   

     3.5kg/sq.m  (s ested 6mmx6mm zigzag scraper)

 2.  Medium tiles( 600x300mm, 600x400mm):  

      5.00 kg/sq.m   (s ested 10mmx10mm zigzag scraper)

 3.  Large tiles (600x600mm, 800x800mm):

      7.50/kg/sq.m   (s ested 12mmx12mm zigzag scraper)

 Application

1.Standard Package: 2kg/; 20kg/bag. 23-25 tons for 20' container.

2.Storage: It should be stored in cool and dry places, avoid any moisture or rain which will influence its performance.
