Main features

1.High production efficiency:Adopt new fork type structure for central rotary pay off and totary take up.Adopt hydraulic lifting platform to load or unload drums.Such desings increase the rotating speed and simplified the loading and unloading process.

 

2.Advanced electric control system:Adopt AC motor with frequency conversion speed regulation for pay off stand rotating,taping device,caterpillar haul off,take up stand rotating ans traverser.Adopt DC motor with imported speed regulation device for take up.Adopt imported PLC to command and coordinate the whole line,which ensure the synchronous running and the accuracy stranding pitch.Adopt 10.4 inch colourful touch screen to display and set on line technical data,which is convenient in operation and maintenance.

 

3.Easy setting of traverser:The traversing pitch can set,revise and display on the touch screen.The left right traversing.Jogging and rapid moving also can set on the touch screen.

 

4.Rotary take up:Adopt ring type with support roller structure for rotary take up,which increase the rigidness and the reliability of smooth running.

 

5.Perfect safety protection system:Adopt horizontal protection for take up and pay off,resetting protection for hydraulic lifting platform,over running proctection for traverser,tape broken and finished protection for taping device,safety protection cover,the lack of air pressrue protection,power source protection for take up with traverser and the fault alarming for speed regulation.
