High technology and high quality efficiency for higher production efficiency

1)High technology: the process of our shape molding use Germany technology, such as KURTZ, ERLENBACH-----shape molding under low temperature and low pressure, demoulding in high temperature. The required using steam pressure when molding is only 2-2.5kg, which can reduce steam consumption than others. Also heating time only needs 11 seconds, which can the time for shape moulding to improve production efficiency for whole plant. And the demoulding temperature in moulding chamber is 70-75 C,which much higher than others, because the main cooling way is vacuum cooling.

2)High quality: all valves and vacuum pump use imported brand, such as GEMU, COSYS and so on. Make Zinc spraying layer and spray layer on the surface of whole equipment frame, which guarantees the best capability and long lifetime for anti-corrosion.
