the steps of mast operation

1. Take the mast out of the canvas.

2.Remove all the fixed bolts, total is 10.

3.Put the steel tube at the bottom of  the foundation. Use two long bolts to fix.

4.Put the mast on the foundation vertically, and use four bolts to fix.

5.Release the hand wheel of supporting seat, and make the supporting seat to proper height, about 1m.

6.Fixed two stainless steel adjusting poles, Upper end connected to the brackets, The bottom docking with the horizontal tube. Pay attention to adjust the direction of consistency.

7..when fix the wheels, need one person to help to hold the mast tightly,  pressure the wheel between two tube in the chassis.

Control system operating instructions

Access to the 12 v power supply, putl the trachea of control box to the mast gas mouth, Open the power switch, the control system to enter standby mode

UP： Put the switch to “up”, the air pump is working.

STOP： Put the switch to “stop”, the air pump stops working.

DOWN： Put the switch to “down”, the gas will be vented

Barometer: indicates the system working pressure

Safety valve: It will be open when the system working pressure is too high.

Automatic pressure maintaining

In the case of normal power supply, the control box button is “up”, when the air pressure in mast is less than specific value , the air pump can automatically work, supplement the pressure.

Electrical connection

Use 12v power supply, connect the power line to control box

attention：

1. When use the 12v storage battery , must use 2*6mm2 power line. If the line is too long, maybe can cause big pressure , we advise u to use 2*6mm2.

 

1. Using a turn switch power supply 12 v power supply,please use 350w (or above) switch power supply, the power line can be 2*2.5 mm2, connect the control box and mast.

Follow the label instructions, put  the longer pipe in the control box and mast air cock together.

load installation

Center on the mast, fix tightly ,avoid eccentric.

mast lifting

• When the vehicle steady, connect the air supply, and air tube well.
• The air inflation can make the mast lifting, when the mast lift the proper section, then can hear a sound “pa”, this mean the mast is locked and can not be down.

Mast decrease

• When using the mast and withdraw the control box, there is no air pressure in the mast, please get the mast inflated before it decreased to avoid the damage of mast.
• Release the gas of mast , put down the handle of every section, and make the mast down.
