Descriptionof product features

Rubber carbon black dispersing agent is the compound of unsaturated high molecular weight aliphatic polymers and active agent. This product does not affect the physical properties of rubber materials, lower the Mooney viscosity, shorten the mixing time, the hardness of the finished product will not be affected.Excellent dispersion effect for filler such as carbon black and white carbon black and other inorganic fillers, improve the extrusion and injection properties of rubber compound. Decrease the heat of rubber compound, reduce wear,prolong the service life of tire, save energy.

Scope of application

Used as peptizer and  processing agent for molding and extrusion rubber products, foaming rubber products, ebonite.

Use

As peptizer,use at the beginning of the mixing cycle, as dispersing agent，use together with the carbon black  filler.

Dosage：（NR、SBR、NBR、IR）1-3phr

         (EPCM、EPM、HNBR)2-3phr
