Cell boxes feeding material, laser measuring height, to make sure sucking pressure stable, cell and cell box moving synchronously, to avoid cell edge and cell box friction, then to reduce cell damage.
Empty cell box back to stack position automatically, to reduce labor using.
Positioning ----

Welding ----
Unique infrared welding solution with back heating, ribbon welding temperature control separately, exclude the interference of the infrared light to the infrared temp sensor, to achieve the close-loop temp control, and temperature checking cycle time could even achieve to 2ms.
For fixing the ribbon, use the proper weight balance press rod, to keep long time welding pressurestable, to make sure the welding quality.
The optimized design for the flux smoke evacuation system, it is to make sure the flux smoke could be easily and smoothly evacuated in the front and back side, which reduced the flux crystal on the welding point, and reduced the cleaning frequency plus labor using.
Transportation ---
Cell transportation is using moving beam feature, comparing the other company belt transporting, it eliminated the periodical exchange cost of the belt, and reduced the maintenance difficulty.
The cell transportation rear moving beam feature is using high accuracy ball screw design, moving accuracy is high, which could well protect the spacing and the string accuracy.
Dragging of the ribbon to the welding position, there is no second movement, which reduce the welding mismatch due to the ribbon offset. Especially during multiple BB welding, this advantage could be more obvious.
String cut ---
Adapting unique and nationalpatent protected string cutting feature, continually welding, section cutting, it is not only increased the efficiency, and also reduced the badness of the first and last cell piece. Our company has own unique string cutting patent technology, the patent serial No. is ZL201320417885.6, and with no risk of the patent dispute.
Welding badness control ---
Via software optimizing, when there is block on the rear process of the string welding, the cell would be moved out from the high temperature area, to avoid the welding badness due to the flux evaporation.
With adding cell back side of the ribbon absorbing function, it is improved welding positioning accuracy of the cell back side ribbon, and also reduced the badness of the welding.
String checking (Optional) ---
String checking function, it is reduced the operation labor. Comprehensively checking items, it could check the visible broken piece, broken corner, string length deviation, welding mismatch in the front and back side of the cell, foreign matter etc.
