Performance and Features

    Reverse osmosis, as its name implies a kind of pressure against to concentrated solution which is in contact with the semipermeable membrane, it is a opposite process to natural osmosis phenomenon. If the pressure is higher than the natural osmosis pressure, the liquid will pass the semipermeable membrane, and form to dilute solution on the other side, at the same time there will form a concentrated solution than before on the pressure side. If the pressure is equal to the natural osmosis pressure, then the liquid is actionless. If the pressure is lower than natural osmosis pressure, then the dilute solution will flow to concentrated solution.

The rate of water through the membrane is related with membrane performance, liquid temperature, human pressure and natural osmosis pressure.

The reverse osmosis system includes pre-treatment, mainframe, assistant facilities, but the assistan facilities are not necessary.

A simple pre-treatment process must include multi medium filter, soften or antisludging agent add equipment  and refined filtration.

A complex pre-treatment process can include flocculant add equipment, multi medium filter, activated carbon filter, soften or antisludging agent add equipment, heat exchanger, refined filtration and PH adjustment device.

Assistant facilities is mainly circulating chemical disinfection cleaning device.
