NE Bucket Elevator used to transport material in vertically, which use plate chain to hang the buckets. The height of the lifting NE bucket elevator is around 4.5m~40m. Bucket elevator can be divided into three parts which are head/ upper part, middle part and tail/bottom part. This machine is consists sprocket, motor & reducer and supporter frame as well as the buckets.

Working application

The materials were drawn into/ flow through the steel bucket from below then be lifting up to the top with plate chain and poured the material into the discharge point. NE Bucket Elevator mostly used in transporting powder, granular and block material as well as crushing material like coal powder, cement, dry clay and limestone.
